The swimwear we sell is constructed of the highest quality fabrics, trim and hardware. However, many of the suits are extremely delicate and are not intended for extended or strenuous water activity. Prolonged exposure to the sun or heavily chlorinated water can degrade the condition of the materials or colors.

Unless otherwise noted, all of the swimwear we sell can be worn in swimming pools, jacuzzis, or be immersed in ocean or river water. Always rinse your suit in cold water immediately after wearing it in salt water to avoid damage to the hardware finishes.

All swimwear should be cared for in the same manner as delicate lingerie. Hand wash in cold water using very mild soap or shampoo or specialty lingerie detergent. DO NOT USE Woolite, bleach, regular laundry detergent or any type of stain remover. After hand washing, hang to dry or lay flat on a dry towel. Separate tops and bottoms so the colors won't bleed. Do not dry in a heated dryer or use any type of heat like a blow dryer or iron or damage to the fabric are hardware may occur.

Special note: Hot tubs and swimming pools increase suit wear. Dark or bright colors will fade more quickly due to the chemicals used to keep pools and jacuzzis safe. Fading is NOT considered a manufacturers defect. Suntan lotions and sun bathing oils may stain the materials and can shorten the useful lifespan of the swimwear.
