All sales are FINAL. We do NOT offer REFUNDS.  We do not offer REFUNDS  or EXCHANGES on Bikinis or any Swimwear. We DO offer EXCHANGES  or Web store credit on apparel (dresses, coverups, sweaters, coats, etc.).

Bird Rock Bikini will exchange the size or style if we are contacted within 10 days of delivery on any swimwear that may have arrived damaged or defected. Exchanges must have the original tags still attached and liners in place. Federal Health Regulations forbid returns of swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered and will not be accepted by Bird Rock Bikini. Items sent to us in this condition will be returned at your expense.

In order to exchange an item, you must call us with 10 days of receiving the item. When your exchange has been authorized, you will be issued a "Return Authorization" (RA) number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you ship to us. Any item sent to us without a Return Authorization number will be refused. We must receive your exchange within 10 days of issuance of the Return Authorization number. RAs are automatically voided 10 days after issuance.

All return shipping charges are your responsibility. Items returned must be in their original, undamaged, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Any client that develops an excessive exchange rate will be banned from our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Bird Rock Bikini online.

Bird Rock Bikini has a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are NOT responsible for any damage that may occur.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, Bird Rock Bikini will make every effort to replace the item with the same or similar item at no additional charge to you.

Bird Rock Bikini is a retailer of designer swimwear and apparel, not a manufacturer or designer. All item descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Item descriptions and information is provided by the individual designer or manufacturer and Bird Rock Bikini will not be held liable for misinformation provided to us.

Bird Rock Bikini is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees due to shipping to addresses outside of the United States of America. It is your responsiblity to determine if additional taxes or surcharges will be applied upon delivery to an address outside of the United States. If an item is ordered and shipped to an address that is outside of the United States and delivery is refused, no refund will be provided and additional restocking charges may apply.

Due to differences in computer screen displays, items delivered may appear slightly different than they displayed on your computer monitor.

All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exception.
